SAN FRANCISCO -- Barry Bonds made a rare appearance at AT&T Park to throw out one of the ceremonial first pitches before Game 3 of the NLCS on Tuesday afternoon.Bonds, who last played in 2007, has returned to the ballpark a few times a year for various events. He had attended a reunion of the 2000 team, which was the first to play in the park, back in April. Bonds was joined by Shawon Dunston, J.T. Snow and Robb Nen, who were members of the 2002 team that was the Giants last to make it to the NLCS.
Smiling, he waved both hands repeatedly to a cheering Giants crowd as he walked onto the field to throw the first pitch.
