The Eagles quarterback situation has gone from controversy to carousel. Coach Andy Reid said Michael Vick will be back as the starter when the Eagles come out of their bye week Nov. 7 against Indianapolis.The Eagles other signal-caller, Kevin Kolb, was intercepted twice in Philadelphia's 37-19 loss to Tennessee on Sunday, finishing with a 56.9 passer rating.
Kolb is 2-1 as a starter since Vick injured his ribs against the Redskins in Week 4 and had tossed four touchdowns and one interception before struggling against the Titans.
