Buster Davis Inactive as Chargers Enter Game Against Titans Thin at WR

Chargers wide receiver Buster Davis will be inactive with a rib injury Sunday.

That's not good news for a team that is lacking experience and depth at the wide receiver position entering its home game against the Tennessee Titans late Sunday afternoon.

Davis was among the Chargers' inactives, as was wide receiver Malcolm Floyd (hamstring) and Legedu Naanee (hamstring), and as Kevin Acee of the San Diego Union-Tribune reported, that left Patrick Crayton as the Chargers' only healthy veteran receiver. The active receivers had a total of 21 career receptions entering Sunday.
