It's Pittsburgh's Immovable Force vs. TV Azteca's Irresistible Object. In his first game back from Sex-Hound Rehab, Ben Roethlisberger will face the league's hottest reporter, Ines Sainz.
Sainz's act reached Octomom status this week when she announced at a press conference she doesn't like attention, and that she is returning to work but will no longer do locker room interviews. It was the biggest blow to journalism since John Clayton announced he wouldn't pose for ESPN the Magazine's 2009 Body issue.
"It's not a good place for me right now," Sainz said. "I don't want to be there."
Inez, we don't want you there. I never thought I'd want to shoo away somebody like Sainz, but after her latest publicity stunt I'd rather be lost at sea with Helen Thomas.
I realize I'm giving her just what she wants. Maybe if every semi-legit journalist in America tells Sainz she's an embarrassment to the business, she will get the hint and stop dressing like Jenna Jameson.
"I like to look good, but that in no way makes me any less dedicated to the sports journalism world," she said. "I'm proud of being a woman and I'm not shy about hiding it. However, this in no way makes me any less of a professional."
A professional what, exactly?
